Phase 1: Fix Pain
In phase 1 the main goal is to identify the cause of the pain and any underlying impairments that may have led to the pain developing.
Phase 2: Resolve Impairments
In phase 2 the goal is to now strengthen, mobilize, and solidify movement patterns to improve your function.
Phase 3: Performance
In phase 3 the goal is to train and reinforce your improved movement patterns and improve your performance to ensure the pain/limitations never return.
